The Contract of Sale for the selected home will be prepared by our team. Further, we also handle all negotiations with the vendors/ developers to make sure you get the best available price. Last but not least, we will attend the Final Inspection with you/for you. For Sellers We are the communication pipeline between you and the potential buyer. We have extensive knowledge of the local Melbourne market and well-honed negotiation skills to support you.We are experts in the sales techniques necessary to provide potential buyers with the key advantages and benefits your property holds. Qualified Tradespeople We only engage qualified and insured tradespeople to carry out repairs and maintenance and will contact you prior to arranging any work done, unless otherwise agreed. We will only authorise repairs and maintenance after obtaining your approval unless it requires immediate attention. An invoice will be provided to you with the statement from which the amount has been deducted.
